Pat Ozminski is a 1973 graduate of LASD. One of nine children born to the late Evelyn and Albert Ozminski, he is married to Jill and they have been host parents for 11 years to 11 foreign exchange students who attended Littlestown High School as well as past foster parents.
In high school he was a Stage Crew member for 4 years, in the Industrial Arts Club for 4 years, PAVAS Club Senior Student Director for Performing Arts, and the Senior Student Audio-visual assistant. His senior year he was student of the month and won the student drafting award.
He has a computer information systems associate degree from HACC and continued technology education until his retirement.
Pat started at LASD as an audio-visual coordinator – As technology evolved, his responsibilities broadened to computers with the installation of the first Radio Shack Tandy computers for networking. He became the computer support specialist for the district – supporting computers, software, networking, teachers, staff and maintained a student technology team. He was the Channel one manager, and implemented federal technology grants which supported TV’s and VCR’s in the classrooms. He was the videographer for 40 years for football as well as all sports and band competitions. For the musicals, he was the stage crew advisor for students, built sets for many school plays and musicals, and was technical director for sound and lighting.
Pat received the Fantasy and Shining Star Award, Bolt Athletic Booster Distinguished Service Award, Alvin Unger Memorial Award, and the Outstanding Young Women Scholarship Program Years of Service Award.
He is a life member of Alpha Fire Company and a Member of the Littlestown Lions Club, Littlestown Area Historical Society, St. Aloysius Church member, and Littlestown Good Ole Days committee 2015-2019.
Pat is very proud to be a member of the Littlestown Area School District and community.
